Dr. Wolfgang Seidel

Rechtsanwalt


Wolfgang Seidel studied law at the universities of Bonn and Mainz. 

He received his doctoral degree in law summa cum laude in 1998 and was admitted to bar in 1999. 

Wolfgang  formed SEIDEL-LEGAL, a Frankfurt corporate, commercial, finance and litigation law firm, in 2012. 

Prior to that, he served his clients for many years in responsible positions with large German and US-law firms, comprising about 7.5 years with Beiten Burkhardt Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and about 4.5 years with Kaye Scholer (Germany) LLP (now: Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP). 

Wolfgang focuses his work in the fields of corporate, commercial, finance law and litigation. His clients comprise investors, companies and businesses in/of various branches, among them automotive, biotech, cosmetics, energy, media, payment services, fintech, real estate.

More than 50 % of Wolfgang's clients are located or have owners located outside Germany, particularly in Europe, North America and Asia.  

Wolfgang's approach is "quality first" and "personal treatment".
